I can honesty say I am going to miss this class.  I have learned so much in the past 6 weeks you can not even begin to imagine.   I now look forward to Plated Deserts Class then only 2 classes left till graduation, Can you believe it?

This is my dad's favorite so far, this wonder piece of sugar goodness is brioche dough filled with strawberry, rolled and topped with icing and powder sugar.  It was a big hit at my dad's house I am glad he loved them.
